Michael Slotopolsky is
currently the managing
partner of Vision
Financial Group CPAs, LLP,
with the main office
located in Morganville,
NJ.
Prior to creating
Vision Financial Group
CPAs, LLP Mr. Slotopolsky
was an accounting and
auditing partner at J.H.
Cohn, LLP located in
Eatontown, New Jersey. In
addition to handling many
different types of
businesses, Mr.
Slotopolsky was selected
to head this locations
Law Firms Services Group
(Legal Niche). Mr.
Slotopolsky joined the
firm when The Videre
Group, LLP merged with
J.H. Cohn in 2003. His
clients cover a broad
spectrum of industries.
Through his expert
analytical ability Mr.
Slotopolsky has the
foresight to uncover the
critical success factors
of a business and
identify the most
significant key
performance indicators.
Mr. Slotopolsky was
with Lewis, Kramer &
Weingarten LLC (“LKW”)
and remained with the
firm when it merged with
The Videre Group in 2002.
In this position, he
oversaw the firm’s policy
regarding financial
statement presentation
and had responsibility
for the administration of
the firm’s Peer Review
Program. While at LKW Mr.
Slotopolsky was also in
charge of the Business
Development Program which
was focused on building
the firm’s clientele.
His deep relationships
within the lending
community have enabled
Mr. Slotopolsky to help
his clients take
advantage of their full
growth potential. He has
been a member of various
committees through the
New York State Society of
Certified Public
Accountants, including
the position of Chairman
of the Banking Committee.
Mr. Slotopolsky serves as
President of Letip
International, a
networking forum for

Mr. Slotopolsky has

and has been acknowledged
as a contributing author
on various published

Jacob Ansel, CPA
Jacob Ansel is
currently a partner of
Vision Financial Group
CPAs, LLP, with the main
office located in
Morganville, NJ. Mr.
Ansel is the partner in
charge of accounting and
tax and is also in charge
of technology.
Prior to creating

CPAs, LLP Mr. Ansel was
an accounting and
auditing manager at J.H.
Cohn, LLP located in
Eatontown, New Jersey.
Mr. Ansel joined the firm
